Fulfillment Policy

Order Processing

Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order with American Fiber, Inc. Consulting, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving the order confirmation email.

Order Modifications: Order modifications (e.g., address changes and item swaps) can be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Changes requested after this period cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping

Shipping Methods: American Fiber, Inc. Consulting offers various shipping options, including standard, expedited, and overnight shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

International Shipping: We ship internationally to select countries. Delivery times and shipping costs for international orders vary by destination. Customers are responsible for customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.

Delivery

Delivery Confirmation: Once the order is shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.

Delivery Issues: For any delivery issues (e.g., lost package, delayed shipment), please contact our customer service team for assistance. American Fiber, Inc. Consulting is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy: Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned items. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used at purchase.

Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued.
